Shat Acres

Shat Acres is the oldest registered fold of Highland Cattle in the US. We raise AHCA registered Highland cattle for breeding stock, and Highland/Beef ShorthornX for our beef market. Our beef is 100% Grass Fed and Finished. Our fold is around 40 registered Highlands and 20 XBred cattle. We also have a brand new Agritourism Farm Stay on our farm property that sleeps 6. Guests who stay have daily opportunities to interact with the Highlands. We also offer Farm Tours where visitors can comb Highland calves, learn about our regenerative agricultural practices and what makes Highland beef special. We love sharing what we do with our farm visitors, but most of all we enjoy helping other Highland breeders be successful with their Highland dreams.
